By accessing or using ChazaApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

Use of the service

ChazaApp is a messaging and business communication platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the platform.

• No harassment, abuse, or threats
• No spam or unsolicited messaging
• No sharing of harmful or misleading content

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your details updated.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChazaApp.

Business features

ChazaApp allows users to create and manage businesses. You are solely responsible for any business activity conducted through your account, including products, services, and customer interactions. We are not responsible for disputes between users and businesses.

User content

You retain ownership of any content you send, upload, or share. However, you grant ChazaApp a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content as necessary to operate the service. You must not upload or share content that violates laws or infringes on the rights of others.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in ChazaApp, including its name, logo, design, and software, are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using the app at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

ChazaApp is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChazaApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Privacy

Your use of ChazaApp is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Ugandan law.
